Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The return request is raised after 7 days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear / intimate apparel
  • Clearance or discounted products (if mentioned on product page)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at velvomclothing@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if damaged or incorrect)
  2. Our support team will review and approve the request.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us
  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated during approval
  • Products damaged during return transit may not be eligible for refund

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Exchange Policy

  • Size or color exchanges are subject to availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
